I wonder if this place even exists. I have called so many times and no one answers. I have waited an hour on the line for someone to answer and nothing happened. I have left voicemail and no one has called back. I wonder how they take care of their patients? I have seen so many reviews with this problem and their response is that they will do anything to get the problem fixed. It seems like nothing is fixed and no one is actually doing anything about it. I anything I can do attended hyperbaric pressure treatment, and the nurses at this facility are wonderful, kind and very informative, thank you

Loved the doctor and nurses. Front staff just lets you stand at her window. She won’t even acknowledge you. I need pre authorization for my medication. The pharmacy has faxed and left two voice messages. No one will call them back or even fax. I’ve held for over a half hour to be helped. I’ve also left voicemails stating my reason for calling. No one will call me back. I guess I will have to come in person. I just remember the doctor and nurses telling me to call if any problems. You can call but you are totally ignored.
