My late husband and I bought our first home in Bradenton from Lee Wetherington. His building quality was EXCELLENT. LW worked with us on a semi-custom floorplan alteration, and - Wetherington NEVER abandoned us or put us on a backburner if we needed anything. Anything that needed to be addressed was taken care of. After the home was built, the roof tile was hit by lightning. LW did not have to help us, but he did. And - we had a little problem with the floor tile. Not only do we love our Lee Wetherington home but they did a fantastic job putting on an addition and an addition to the addition. We would only consider leaving our Lee Wetherington home for one of the other beautiful and top quality homes they have built in our area.
