I had another great experience at Dr. Nomi Lee’s office. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Dr. Lee is professional, kind, and truly cares about her patients’ well-being. I came in for a check-up and cleaning, and as always, my hygienist Yelena was fantastic—friendly, personable, and incredibly thoughtful. So i left a yelp review not all bad about a recent visit and instead of calling me to maybe work it out which i tried on the phone before the review today a day before my appointment i get a message that they canceled my account so i guess the customer is always wrong here

Been going here for several months now and wow, love the friendly, warm staff and professional work. Initially, I came here for a simple tooth extraction but after further examination, the dentist saw 2 cavities and a cracked tooth. This led to several trips to their office, each one with a friendly text notification of an upcoming appointment the day prior to the procedure. I had a tooth cleaning by Yelena and was seen by doctor Harris. Yelena removed some pretty bad stains and was comforting because at times I was worried she could be chipping at the tooth, she was reassuring that she was not chipping at the tooth. Dr. Harris is authoritative but does not seem the most comfortable with patients with dental phobias which is understandable but it is important for me that my dentist be able to reassure me and decrease my anxiety.
