Update: been going to her for two years now and she continues to amaze me. Seriously the best massages ever. It’s like she knows exactly what my body needs every time. I feel so much better in my day to day life. Keeping consistent appts with her is the best decision I’ve made for my physical health. Really good massage, definitely one of the best I’ve ever had. Jamie is so skilled and pleasant. I highly recommend her to anyone sports massage services. She is GREAT.
Jamie has so many qualities that makes her a great recovery professional. During my appointments she checks in on me, is attentive to my needs, and makes sure they're thoroughly covered by the end. On top her manual therapy knowledge she has a background in corrective exercises and natural asymmetries in the body due to her PTA, CES, and PRI work. Which separates her from most massage therapists. I trust and highly recommend Jamie.
