I had a wonderful experience with Jamie today for a massage focused on my neck pain and limited range of motion. She is incredibly professional, thorough, and skilled. Before we began, she took the time to ask which areas were bothering me most and used targeted bodywork that noticeably improved my neck’s mobility in just one session!! Top notch! I was looking for a massage therapist that was not just a relaxing massage to work out my back and hip issues. I tried so many and their “deep tissue massages” were trash, unfocused, or they just didn’t listen to my actual issues. Jamie is the opposite! Listens, highly educated, hyper focused, and just incredible. I have recommended her to several people after going for the first time some months ago and everyone has also been blown away. Update: been going to her for two years now and she continues to amaze me. Seriously the best massages ever. It’s like she knows exactly what my body needs every time. I feel so much better in my day to day life. Keeping consistent appts with her is the best decision I’ve made for my physical health. Really good massage, definitely one of the best I’ve ever had.
