Dr. Lee was outstanding in every way. (And if you read my other google reviews for medical care you'll see I don't say that to all the girls. I'm looking at you, Dr. Memory.) Most importantly, the removal of a large polyp from my nostril/sinus and some related issues that somewhat facilitated my breathing was accomplished with quite literally zero pain afterwards, not even a Tylenol needed. She is a great doctor and is very attentive to her patients
This is one of those cases where I wish there were a rating lower than 1. I was to have sinus surgery. I went through the process of prepping and showing up on the day of my surgery, not once but twice, only to have the surgery cancelled. Once for a clerical mistake but Dr. Lee's staff and the second due to a clinical mistake they made. Dr Lee could have cred less that these mistakes cost me time and money (and aggravation). We have had nothing but the best from Dr. Lee for our 5 year old daughter. She takes extra time with her and makes her feel like a valuable member of the care team. She presented with knee pain and we were passed around between a few doctors before surgery was finally scheduled with Dr Lee. She went from limping severely and screaming in pain, not sleeping well..back to a normal active kid with no movement restrictions and zero pain after surgery with Dr. Lee and coordinated care with the Infectious Disease team at CHP.
She's a very nice Dr. Failed to tell me her surgery limitations. I had knee problems beyond her capability. Like I said very nice dr. Please make sure you ask questions. I failed to ask the right ones and wasted a month and half of knee pain to start all over with a new dr. Its been two weeks and I'm still waiting for a call from the dr. I was referred to by Dr. Steela. Sadly I had to find my own Dr. Through this experience i learned I'm just a number and nobody actually cares about the patient.
