I went in for a fill. As I sat at the station waiting for the male nail tech to finish a lengthy conversation in his native tongue. As I put my hands out so he could start the table was covered with nail clippings and dust from previous clients. The whole time he continued his conversation over my head in his native tongue not once speaking a word to me until...you want to pay now before polish? They did not clean the tools prior to doing a pedicure !!!! They pretended to take them from a sterile pack but it was already opened and used... Yuk

I have gone to this nail salon about three times and it's cleanliness has seriously deteriorated from each previous visit. It is handy so in an emergency, when I don't have time to get to my regular salon, I have run in but won't go again. The people carry on loud conversations with each other in their own language so it isn't relaxing (I also noticed that when all two of their patrons left they didn't talk at all) , but the most important issue is the cleanliness.
