Twice I’ve called an made an APPOINTMENT, and twice I’ve had to wait for 30 minutes to an hour for service. I’ve sat with my hands in nail polish removed for 45 minutes at one of my visits. Today, I called and asked if It would be possible appointment during my lunch break, and I asked if they could guarantee I’d be done in time to make it back to work on time. She assured me I would. I walk in, pick out my color, sit with my hands in nail polish for 10 minutes, take my hands out on my own, and sit for another 15-20 minutes ... read more
