Hunter and Jess(?) sent a text and called to confirm my availability for an earlier than scheduled arrival to assess our shower faucet situation. Arrived timely, diagnosed our problem and gave the estimate. Of course we agreed to the fix and the estimate! They retrieved the items they needed and returned to do the job. Our repair was done long before our originally scheduled appointment, on a weekend, and these guys were quite pleasant to deal with.
