I first encountered Dr. Mitchel while I was in the hospital for an orthopedic surgery. A serious complication developed which was not recognized or otherwise diagnosed by hospital staff. Dr. Mitchel was consulted and literally saved me from further life-changing issues.

I was at the hospital with an emergent GI problem and Dr. Mitchel was assigned to me as I did not have a GI doctor. I found him to be a compassionate physician who took the time to explain everything that was going to happen to me with, I must say it again, compassion and an in words I could understand. He put me at ease. I continue to see Dr. Mitchel and highly recommend him to my family and friends and anyone looking for an excellent GI physician.

Dr. Mitchel is great because he spends plenty of time with you, and answers all your questions and concerns. I'm pretty excited about finally finding a good G.I doctor around here that cares.

I was referred to Dr. Mitchel for a colonoscopy screening, I was impressed with the comfortable setting and cleanness of office, I was greeted by Vanessa very pleasant, Kyle was great, meet with Cynthia NP, she was very professional and thorough which set my mind at ease. Vicki was very accommodating scheduling my procedure due to my busy work schedule. I would highly recommend.

I must say meeting the very personal and professional friendly Cynthia Sleppy ARNP was one of-the most positive medical experience aIong with her staff. I walked into a clean office and a courteous and detailed front desk personnel to a thorough and friendly medical assistant that brought me to the room. I had a very positive , friendly , professional and thorough first impression. The check out personnel was just as concerned,friendly and thorough to set up all my procedures .

I was lucky enough to see Cynthia (the nurse practitioner) and Dr. Mitchel at the office. They are one heck of a team. I love how much time Dr. Mitchel spends in the room with you. I also was very worried about my labs getting done in time for my office visit, and the office staff made that happen very quickly. Straight from the front office check-in lady I believe her name is Vanessa, to the Nurse Kyle. Everybody wants to help. His old staff was terrible, but this new staff gets an A+++++!

Dr Mitchel is great!!!!! So happy I have found him.Unfortunately his staff/followup to any questions or ease of appt is abhorrent! I was scheduled for 2 procedures tomorrow, my prep had still not been called in and I needed a special type of prep. I left messages as no one would answer the phones on 7/22 with the scheduler again on 7/25 with his nurse, 7/27 talked to NP she hung up on me! Professional!!! As stated before by others comments his staff will be his undoing....too bad!!!Great doc.

I was able to get my appointment with no problem. The staff were all wonderful and very courteousness. The office was very neat and clean. There was some work being done on the building at the time (new flooring and painting) but that did not affect the comfort or cleanliness of the office.

Dr. Mitchel is very kind and takes his time wit his patients, and the office staff are very friendly. Didn't mind the wait because i know he takes his time with everyone, and that I understand. Receptionist was very pleasant, and even the scheduler was very pleasant at check out. Highly reccomend for services
