1-order the day before and check their online camera before going to avoid longest times at pickup, and 2-if you need high quality material tell them you need to see it before you buy so you don’t just get run of the mill.
Long, long wait time to pick up order. Paid $1290 for 4@4x12x12 cedar timbers. Didn’t get to see them before buying - they picked for me. Three of the four were badly split - 1/4” cracks running the length of the timber. One had significant areas of rot. By the time I saw this I was already over 100 miles away and committed. Did my best with them but finished product has a lot of defects and had to waste about 1/3 of the material. For over $300 per timber I’d expect them to at least be sound and usable. I can't believe they haven't organized employees to where costumers don't have to wait in line during lunch time I do understand they have to eat lunch but everyone at the same time keeps costumers waiting a long time
Great delivery, easy in and out and fast forklifts. I been here 3 times and I do not mind coming again. Friendly employees.
