The experience at Diamond Spring Dental was first rate. Dr. Lobato was clearly experienced and caring. She makes you not so unhappy to go to the dentist. Dawn, the receptionist, was friendly, engaging, and did everything she could to ensure my insurance was properly processed. I was very impressed by the entire group.
I had been a patient for years, but hadn't been to a dentist since I lost my insurance last year. I had a flare up of a tooth and was in pain, so I called early this morning. Dawn answered, said she understood my situation and got me in this morning. She explained the costs and the advantage of their discount plan. All went well. The last year was tough, with the pain of the past couple days on top of it, but Dawn was a real human being when I needed one. She is awesome and a reason I'll remain a patient.
Very accommodating and understanding. Excellent experience.
