For almost 15 years Carol Miller and her team at Lee property management have done an exceptional job of managing multiple properties for me. Carol's team at Lee Property Management has managed our rental property for the last 11 year and we could not be happier. They know the market and have always given us great tenants who have taken great care of our house. More importantly, LPM's array of repair vendors is large and responsive. Any time something broke at the house, is fixed ASAP, at a reasonable price. Win-win for the tenants and us. Monthly and year-end documentation is always prompt and accurate. We could not ask for better.
