Wonderful staff producing great results. Thank you all!
My 2nd time w/ Dr. Lee -\-\ the 1st was for my daughter's ankle sprain. This time, my turn, with a hamstring sprain. Both experiences were great. I've done PT at Athletico for a wrist issue. While I was satisfied with my care then, working with James was a big step up. He wasn't blindly following a referral, but did a thorough evaluation to pinpoint both the injury and contributing weaknesses. He also didn't shuffle between me and three other patients, as we did our reps with maybe good form, maybe bad. His one-on-one attent... read more
James helped me on the road to recovering a partial tendon tear. After the rehab he prescribed I am climbing hard again. I love the fact that when possible, he will instruct you to be active in your recovery. Great dude with tons of knowledge! Definitely recommend
I reached out to James after experiencing some persistent pain from what I believed to be a climbing injury. The process from booking the appointment to showing up on the day was incredibly painless. The online scheduling tool to make an appointment was much appreciated as well. The appointment itself was quick and highly informative. James sent me home with some exercises and after two days I am already feeling better! I'd recommend reaching out to James for any physical therapy needs, but especially if you're a climber!
Dr. James Lee is amazing!! I went in with rotator cuff issues that have been bugging me for years. Also, had wrist issues for about a year. He showed me how weak my rotator cuffs were and how they were not sitting in the socket well. Gave me a bunch of exercises, which I do religiously, and even checks up on my status. 10/10 would recommend. Back to climbing hard after years of injury after injury.
Dr. Lee quickly assessed my climbing finger issues and provided some very helpful recommendations to improve and prevent reinjury. My husband saw him for an ankle injury from climbing and was provided with helpful exercises to strengthen the area. James has a great bedside manner and made us feel at ease. Being a climber himself, he is quite knowledgeable in this area and covered a lot of area in a short period of time. It is very convenient that we can see him at our local climbing gym. We will definitely seek him out in th... read more
James was incredible to me. Not only could he tell what was wrong with the pain in my hand, but he could teach me how to prevent it in the future, giving exercises and recommendations to improve my strength in a way that's safer. I was doubting if I needed therapy because my pain was fading, but as soon as James started talking I knew it was the better choice. I would only have injured myself again in the future if not for James' advice and knowledge of what caused me pain. I can't thank him enough and I really recommend any... read more
