I request refills and manage prescriptions using Lee Health My Chart. Prescriptions are normally ready within in a couple of hours and if they need to contact a doctor for refills it is normally done by the next day. It is a walk to get to the pharmacy from the parking area (but it's exercise - yay or you can use their shuttle service). I find this pharmacy much more accurate, convenient and a lot less frustrating then dealing with the incompetency of Walgreen's. I'm glad I got my prescriptions transferred over.

Very disappointing customer service experience. The pharmacy technician who assisted me at the register made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient needing help. Pharmacies should be places where patients feel supported, especially since many are dealing with difficult health situations. I hope the staff receives additional training in customer service and empathy.

I wish i could remember everyone's name during my ICU visit but the lady in the pharmacy that helped me (Rocky maybe?) was so helpful. She explained all my options and helped make sure I had everything I needed not just for my stay but found a long term solution as well. Total rock star, thank you so much!
