I am 70 years old and Dr. Lee Pack was the worst doctor I have ever had. When I first saw him five years ago I was a healthy active patient with no issues such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or cholesterol issues. Lee Pack did not listen to me and talked to me as though I just some lowly patient who did not know what I was talking about and he was the all knowing doctor. Easy to make appointment, no waiting to see him, takes as much time as needed, intelligent and spot-on answers to questions. Couldn’t ask for more.
Simply refuses to help patients. Makes the. Jump through hoops and continues to make patients come in for office visits and charges each time. Referred to PT which was helping but wants me to keep coming in for office visits before he renews the referral. When asked to speak with him or office manager they keep blowing me off and was told he was “too busy”. Save yourself the hassle and find a dr who wants to help you and not make you pay him money for needless visits.
Dr. Lee Pack is amazing! He is not only my doctor, but my extended families doctor as well. He is honest and straight forward, with a little dose of humor. He diagnosed an issue I had been dealing with for 15 years, just by talking with me and getting to know me and now I am thriving. He never tells you what you should do, he gives you the actual facts and allows you to make your own decisions about your healthcare, with a gentle nudge in the right direction. And nurse Becky is AWESOME!
Completely unhelpful with any actual issue. Only good for when you need antibiotics.
He does not care about his patients beyond the absolute bare minimum.
I don't really feel that he listened to me. Within minutes of discussing my concerns, he was prescribing an antidepressant. My follow up appointment was over in about three minutes; again, the concerns I expressed weren't really addressed ("well, these medicines sometimes take time to really show results"). Other physical issues that I raised were dismissed with "you're just too young for that." (I'm 41 - not too young for anything.) Will not be going back.
Wonderful doctor! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Has helped me on weekends and holidays. Super great personality.
Dr. Lee-Pack is a caring Christian who takes the time to listen and learn about your condition and personal concerns (when called for) so that he can recommend the best treatment for your needs. I admire his faith and dedication to his patients and his profession.
