I wasn't impressed with Lea Nails. The problems I found was in the lack of cummunication and the service. I went in Aug 22, and paid $68 to get a pedicure and to let them paint my fingernails. The lady who did mine rushed to get it done by putting all the creams and scrubs etc. on all at once.Then she takes less 50 sec to massage them in and rinse it off. While my toe nail polish was drying; she starts my fingernails by cutting all my nails off then she paints them with a different color than she put on my feet. I couldn't b... read more

Waist of time and money! Terrible customer service! Overcharge my card $100, they told me to come back to fix it. I live 30 min away. Once I got back they said they'd call me in a week to come back once they figure it out. I said i would accept a credit to come back, and the manger laughed and said no! After stressing about how inconvenient this is they so Rudley took my name and number. The manager laughed at the whole situation. As I walked out I told the other ladies "good luck", they said "thanks we will need it"! I don'... read more

One of the worst nail experiences I've had. I went to get a pedicure and the water was cold the entire time. I asked the nail tech to heat it up and he filled it up with mostly cold water and a little hot so it was cold again in 30 seconds. Also the whole time I was there all the nail techs were completely ignoring their customers and speaking to each other in another language. I don't usually mind people speaking different languages in their store but when it's the entire hour you're their it makes you feel awkward and left... read more
