WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The y hire anybody! It's probably like 2 people that actually know how to do nails. The guy who did my nails did NOT no what he was doing. My nails came out crooked and different lengths. Both my thumbs were significantly shorter than my other nails. I had to coach him the whole time on how I wanted them. I like my coffin shape and he did a horrible job! The customer service sucks, they are very rude especially the lady who sits at the front with shirt hair a dimples. Will NEVER go back!

Love love love this place!! I go to Lee Nails and they are amazing. I have very weak nails and they are always very careful with them and they always look amazing! They did acrylics without tips so that I can have my natural nails. I never feel rushed and people always compliment my nails! The prices are great for the care they always give me!

Great place! They do a good job and are very clean and polite. My nails always come out looking perfect and there always asking questions to make sure they get the shape right. Which I love! I would definitely recommend top nails. However I do suggest to call and make an appointment. They try to accommodate walk ins but they get really busy.

Its terrible I have to write this review. I have come to this salon for over a year to get my eye lashes done and I recently had a horrible experience. The only woman there who does lashes was so rude to me and I have no idea why I have always been more than pleasant to her. Technician seemed angry, and treated me as though he was doing me a favor applying 'pure gel' to my nails two days ago. He also seemed angered that I pulled my hands out of the heat lamp when it felt like they were burning, and he fussed at me! ~ Imagine that.... Today one of my thumb nails gel coating chipped off. I really like this place! Finally a good spot in Hampton. I always used to go all the way around to get a decent mani and pedi. The staff is friendly. The best part is that they're super fast but they're not messy with their work. Definitely going back again.

I recently moved to the area and have been looking for my new nail salon. This is my 2nd time here. They are very friendly, professional and quick! I like that the salon is very clean and nicely quiet. My tech did great job with my gel manicures. She is sweet and not pushy at all! I like it! ;)

Unprofessional management! If my dog needed a pedicure, I would not allow him to set foot on the site of Lee's Nails. I walked in at 8:15 pm to get a pedicure and the close at 9:00 pm. I was told that the staff had used all of the hot water to clean the chairs and the floor. I was told to wait for the hot water heat up again. So about thirty mins later, the water was still cold.
