I am relying on my wifes input , she loves the staff and enjoys interacting with the other clients. I buy her a gift card every so often .
Terrible experience. The guy who originally started doing my pedicure was boisterously chatting with the tech next to him and even started to gossip to me about another client...not a great start. Not to mention that it was very unprofessional and a foreshadowing of his character. I was having a hard time finding a color that suited my skin tone and the tech became very impatient and rude, making smart remarks.
