Why are they ALWAYS LATE EVEN WITH A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! They really need to get it together or start discounting

My mother took me to get my nails done the day before my wedding so they would look nice for my big day. Was nice at first. Got a pedicure. Comfortable chairs. But the nails were a mess. They were so thick you would have thought I asked for bubble nails. Half of my nails looked like triangles. They didn't even take a minute to push back my cuticles, they just ripped them off with a dremel. It was so rough I was bleeding. I've read the negative comments on here.. I work in this industry and you guys need to understand if they're booked and can't take your walk in don't get mad. Sometimes that just happens! I've been to this nail salon since the day I moved to vernal and they are extremely nice and have great customer service!

I had to schedule an appointment which I was on time for then had to sit and wait 20 minutes to get service. Then they completed my fill in 20 minutes. I asked for a design and they said no design. There was no conversation beyond the initial Hi How are you? I've never seen you here before. Yeah and you never will again. They were not rude but the service level of making me wait 20 minutes for a scheduled appointment then not giving me what I want I have a problem with.

I moved to Vernal, June of 2011. Since I have lived here I have visited Lee Nails at-least once a month, sometimes once a week. Every time I have dropped in, I have been told to come back tomorrow. I just wish when they say they do walk-ins they really would give you a time instead of say come back tomorrow. If they cant provide walk in service they should just take the sign down.

I luv coming to this salon. The ppl r very nice n friendly. They luv to make conversation n make u feel comfortable. They're business is nice n clean. They only take cash but do u blame em? So many ppl out there now a days writing bad checks. I don't go ne where else :)

This is the WORST manicure I have ever had. I would have complained to the owner, but I think it was the owner who did my nails. She spent maybe 8 minutes on my nails, which looked horrible when I came in, and looked the same when she was finished. I refused to leave before she fixed them right. Also, there is one itsy bitsy sign in the whole place that tells you CASH ONLY. However, during my 8 minute manicure, a regular customer wrote a check and that was okay.
