Worst experience EVER!! I was so mad I had tears in my eyes. I first had a little girl that didn’t understand a word I said, when she asked if I wanted my nails cut down, I told her no. She then proceeded to cut them down and then file them even shorter. One nail was on a slant and I was trying to explain it needed evened out on the one side and she just looked at me weird and called over another girl.
