Hit or miss is the best I can describe this salon. If you go to a specific technician consistently, you're likely to get the service you're looking for. However, I sat for 10 minutes after stating I was in for a repair before anyone (including my usual technician that was sweeping and on her phone) acknowledged me. I told her I needed a repair, she sat with me for two minutes before passing me along when her client came in. This place always pushes gel nails, I’m a fan of acrylic and after all I am the paying customer so why am I always having a back and forth dispute with the techs for what I want opposed to what they want to do? And why do they carry acrylic products if they keep forcing the gel nails? This is unprofessional and not wanting to do what the customer wants ! Very disappointing!
This is what it looked like AFTER we cleaned the nails ourselves at home, super sloppy job not what we asked for and it cost $65(w/o extensions)!! Paid an extra $15 for chrome and doesn’t look like there’s chrome at all. Waste of a lot of money.
When I get my nails done, they have lasted as long as 6 weeks!!!
