Good place to live
The walls are paper thin. It's like living with your neighbors... you will know their personal business and they will know yours. I'm not talking about shouting/yelling but just talking at a normal volume. The people upstairs sound like the hulk is walking around. All because the cheap construction and non existent insulation between units. I have rented for 30+ years and I have never encountered such a lack of privacy.
