Dr. Robak has been my primary for 14 years. I refuse to go anywhere else even when I've been without insurance. He & his staff are fabulous. We love you guys. Thank you for your sacrifices.

I have been a patient of Kim Oldewage Since I moved to Albuquerque Almost a decade ago. She recently retired and my file was transferred to Dr. Robak. Although I went in to see him for something minor he was compassionate , attentive to my needs and thorough. I never felt rushed out of his office even though it was late and there were several patients left to be seen. He is wonderful. The staff is courteous and helpful, especially Joetta! I highly recommend West Side Family practice. Side Note: A good doctor who cares about ... read more

Dr Robak has been good too me. I was in a terrible state of mind and body. I was denied medications that were necessary for my health by two other doctors. I am a pain patient and Dr. Robak referred me to a wonderful pain specialist. I have faith in myself again and am happy with my care for the first time since I came to New Mexico.

This doctor absolutely doesn't care about his patients. I have been on anxiety medication for years, long before meeting Robak. My previous doctor put me on anxiety medication after years of emergency room visits for anxiety attacks and trying non-narcotic medication. When I was first put on the medication I’m taking, I finally felt normal. With this guy, after a year and a half point, all of a sudden I need to come in every six months to get my medication with no warning. Generally my previous doctor did 1 year intervals, w... read more

I am legally disabled with osteoarthritis in my hands. The doctor had me drug tested and lied to me about the purpose of the test. When I tested positive for THC he refused to give me any more pain medicine. I tried to discuss this with him and he absolutely had no concern for me. Now I'm in pain everyday. I have a New Mexico weed card so I'm legal to smoke and it didn't matter.

I have already gave his name to many friends that have gone to see him and they love him. Takes his time with you and really listens. He asks questions and really gets to know you and your health issues.

The office is difficult to deal with. If your prescription expires it is their policy not to renew via phone. Which means, that if your insurance forces you to purchase maintenance prescriptions via mail-order, you must physically mail your prescription information to get a refill. If you like feeling like your medical condition is all your fault, and that you're somehow not measuring up, then this is the Dr for you. After being triaged, expect to see the Doc for about 5 minutes.

He is by far the worst Doctor I've ever been to. He's rude, condescending, and makes you feel like you're wasting his time. I've been a patient for many many years and I've finally had enough. Waiting over an hour for your scheduled appointment sucks but it's not a deal breaker. Having your doctor not listen to you and treat you in an unprofessional manner is. I recommend anyone reading this find another Doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robak's for around 18 years. That should say something about my trust in the Doc.
