While waiting to see the podiatrist I noticed how comfortable they have made their waiting room area. The chairs were so comfy and it was nice to sit and relax for a second before my appointment. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

He is an EXCELLENT podiatric surgeon. The office is spotless, the staff is friendly, the doctor is well trained and attentive. The poll here is misleading. The answers offered only give you the option to say the office is unclean...Dr. Hurney's office is VERY clean! I definitely recommend him!
