Very disappointed. My husband was going to be out of town for our Anniversary so he arranged to have flowers delivered to my job that day. He's not a "Flowers for every occasion" kind of guy so this would have been an amazing surprise that I was in no way expecting. Well it wasn't a surprise. The flowers were never delivered and my husband was so upset when he found out. I'm upset that his surprise was ruined. Called yesterday to order a special arrangement for my aunt! We own a florist in Pelham and wasn't able to do it ourselves. Just left the service and I was so pleased with the arrangement! Thank you so much for the wonderful standing spray it looked beautiful for a beautiful woman! �
The flower basket was so beautiful! Thank you so much. I live in Flat Rock, AL and ordered online. My daughter sent a picture and I felt so happy that I was able to show my caring with a gift so wonderful! Ordering was so easy!!!
My daughter just loves her birthday arrangement of beautiful cut flowers she got today. She was extra happy to see all of her favorite colors. To top it off she was more surprised when the delivery man sang happy birthday to her. Thank you very much!
I ordered flowers online for Lee and Lans and they called me to correct the name I put the order to. I had used a nickname. Then they told me the person is still in ICU and not able to receive flowers so they are holding the order until the patient is able to receive them. I was blown away by their service, especially since I am several states away from Alabama. Thank you so much.
Lee & Lan does beautiful work on anything they present with their card. They have been a mainstay in Montgomery for years. I hate that I now live so far away I cannot call on them quite as easily.
Absolutely incredible experience. I purchased flowers from an online store and they were never delivered and ultimately refunded. I then called Lee & Lan last minute. I paid for flowers and they were delivered in less than an hour. Can not ask for better service.
