Has anybody experienced paint peeling like this? I was driving in a rain storm recently and the paint came off in 2 separate spots simultaneously. Very bizarre. I took it to KIA of Fort Walton Beach and they said that warranty on paint runs out at 36,000 miles, and there’s nothing they can do. Thanks for nothing KIA. I’ve seen what saltwater and salty air can do to paint, but this looks different to me. Bought my very first car here and it was one of the best experiences so far in my life. Jackie was sooooo nice and the rest of the crew! They all made sure I understood everything because it definitely can get confusing it’s a lot of information all at once haha was so happy I decided to choose them over a dealership that was closer. When I bought my Sorrento I was suppose to get an extra key. We made an appointment to get it- took a day off from work and drive 2 hours to get it- and they didn’t have it. We couldn’t arrange our schedule for the next year to get down to the dealership. So we never got it. My car locked automatically this week- this shouldn’t happen but it did- they made us purchase a key. We took off early. In the beginning I thought that this dealership was a good fit but months past , and the crappy sales rep that set this bogus deal His name is Lance, First he failed to make sure I had a pay as you go maintenance plan so I'm basically paying out of pocket to keep my vehicle up,then he swore if I waited till June that the bank said I can get into a new car without an downpayment and here it is June and still in same vehicle or the bank said 5k but I was told by anonymous tipster that it's up to the dealership to pay the loan ... read more

While the dealership is very clean, and the new salesman, Cameron, was nice, it is clear that Kia FWB does not want to take our money for one of the most expensive vehicles on the lot. We had preapproved financing through Kia and were told that we qualified for all the rebates before going in. Long process but we got it done. A huge shout out to Cameron and Andrew! Cameron was open with his experience as a sales professional but we respected his open and honest approach. We weren’t in the best situation it Cameron never let it die. He continued to work with Andrew and the finance team to finalize a deal on a 2020 Telluride. Being completely honest, most folks at StepOne Automotive were less than helpful or willing to go the extra mile.
