I had an amazing experience getting a tailored haircut here! Sharon did an incredible job with my tailored haircut, she even recommend style for my hair. She’s highly skilled, professional, and lovely to talk to. I highly recommend Sharon if you're looking for a flawless cut! I found this salon through ClassPass and decided to give it a try. I booked a shampoo, blowout, and haircut without really knowing what I wanted. I told Sharon to cut the dead ends and just do whatever she thought would look good. She gave me the best haircut I have ever had in my life. After two rounds of bleaching, my hair was severely damaged. Despite acknowledging the issue, the salon didn’t offer a proper apology, nor did they cover the additional costs I had to pay for cutting and coloring to manage the damage. 몇일전에 이곳에서 헤어 컷트를했습니다. 리뷰를 보고 가지 말았어야했는데, 마당 몰에 온김에 혹시나 하는 마음에 이곳에서 컷트를했습니다. 그러나 결과는 처참했습니다. 내가 원하는 스타일을 말했는데도 그녀는 본인 맘대로 머리를 잘라버렸습니다. 정말 정말 최악이었습니다. 그녀는 “유미” 라고하는 미용사라고 했습니다. 엘에이가 아닌 외곽 지역의 미용실에서도 이것보다는 훨씬 잘합니다. 요금대비 엉망이고,머리 손질도 않되고, 정말 욕나오려고 합니다. 머리 때문에 이렇게 스트레스 받아보기는 처음입니다. 또한 그녀는 손님을 대하는 자세가 담배 냄새때문에역겹기까지 했습니다. 그곳에 가는것 많이 생각해보고 가세요.
