Office staff is very nice and friendly and call/check-in regularly. Office is clean, beautiful, and very nice. Nice to have billing discussed and agreed upon before proceeding to surgery. Nice to have the Yelp check-in offer to reduce costs. Appreciate the state of the art equipment and medical treatment (O-zone). Instructions very clear. Unfortunately, I was unhappy that surgery start was delayed by 2 hours, with the worst part having to lie on the operating bed with the uncomfortable nose tube for 45 minutes. Procedure was handled on short notice, and highly professionally. Situation was clearly described. Options were explained including options for ultimate solutions. The office has been very responsive and helpful. Recovery was managable. Medications were appropriate for level of discomfort. I had one morning on about the 5th day in which the pain was heavier in the morning, but again the medication was effective, and interestingly, after that, I found that the discomfort was managable with ibuprofen alone, and since rec... read more

They made me wait one hour to see the dentist, then the dentist saw me he was cold and unapologetic for that, afterwards he explained I "needed" a CT scan because without he couldn't know what to do (go figure) of course this was not covered by the insurance (must a reason do you think?) anyway after declining the service I was offered more services "in the thousands " if a needed an implant. The first thing I noticed when I walked into Dr. Jeffrey Lee's office was how comfortable the atmosphere was. Then I was taken back into one of the rooms and everything looked very sanitary and organized. The entire staff was professional and took very good care of me. I would recommend Dr. Jeffrey Lee to my family and friends.

Dr. Lee and his staff were very helpful. They accepted me as a last minute patient. They provided thorough information on the procedure before the extraction. They were helpful in interacting the the insurance company.

There was no pain whatsoever during the surgery. The nurses and Dr. Lee made sure that the surgery was easy to keep me calm because i was a little nervous. The staff was very good about checking on how i was doing after the surgery and made sure i was doing what i was supposed to be doing.
