I have been going here for almost 2 years and have had crowns, fillings and preventative care such as cleanings. My experience with Dr. Lee and his staff are that they are very friendly and professional and I have been very pleased with my overall experience. Dr. Lee takes ample time to explain why certain dental procedures are needed and his office is equipped with what appears to be the latest technology. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the billing process leave a bad taste in my mouth. My estimated part for my last visit was more than the actual amount. I now am having difficulty receiving my money back. The lady in charge of billing repeatedly tells me how new she is, which seems to be her excuse for not "fixing" the problem. I may very well have to find a new dentist over this situation.
