Great Dr & staff!!!
dentist may be fine, but his office is horrible. I just paid full price for a crown that would have been paid for by insurance if it had been submitted. The short story is that the office is incompetent and 'forgets' to submit your bill to the insurance company. They don't bother telling you until it's too late for you to submit the bill yourself, so you are on the hook for everything. I have always had a fear with dentists, but Dr. Lee and his staff were amazing and I actually forgot I had a fear. I highly recommend his office!!!
I have had a very positive experience with Dr. Lee and his staff. I needed a root canal and crown and Dr. Lee did the work with ZERO pain. He is really an excellent dentist. Also very important is that he takes the time to answer questions. When I first came to his office I had a lot of questions and he took time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done and why so I left feeling educated. The staff is also very friendly and the office is clean, modern and calming. I have found my new dental home!
I have been going here for almost 2 years and have had crowns, fillings and preventative care such as cleanings. My experience with Dr. Lee and his staff are that they are very friendly and professional and I have been very pleased with my overall experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the billing process leave a bad taste in my mouth. My estimated part for my last visit was more than the actual amount. I now am having difficulty receiving my money back. The lady in charge of billing repeatedly tells me how new she is, which seems to be her excuse for not "fixing" the problem. I may very well have to find a new dentist over this situation.
