Once I received my referral, I started reading the reviews. Not the greatest, but I was keeping an open mind. Well, that did no good because all the reviews were right Dr. Lee has horrible bedside manners. He asked me what my complaint was. And as I was trying to explain to him what was going on, he kept Interrupted me and then was rushing me through the appointment like he had somewhere else better to be. where do i start. oh yes, i went with them for the 3rd time expecting today i would get a pass to get an mri or do something deeper to find out why i am getting swollen ears and throat and headaches after weeks of treatment. well dr Lee said you are ok and sent me back home with a nasal spray haha if he had lollipops probably he would have given me one. he was dismissive and told me to go to neurology. i believe that this is a cultural difference. i believe that they should be more empathetic with the patient. if you go with... read more
So far they are lacking in customer service, every single Dr's appointment I've ever been to in all my years in 2 states send a text or email to remind you of your appointment not this office. I've had to call to confirm the time and address in my 1st appointment since they will only see you until 3pm requiring the use of sick time hence why I need the reminder to forward it to my boss in order to approve said sick time. Will host once my 2 ND appointment occurs.
I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about! Dr. Lee was the only ENT that would see me without a PA! The bad reviews made me a bit Leary about seeing him, however I had a raging, persistent, sinus infection caused by a perforated sinus and just could not wait another four months to be seen. I saw Dr. Lee just a couple of days after my initial phone call. I found him to be conscientious and professional. It took a few visits, however, the sinus infection was, eventually, resolved.
