I have never left a negative review, but your drivers are extremely reckless and irresponsible. After commuting home on the Lodge this afternoon, I’m appalled that anyone representing a company would drive as recklessly as the driver I encountered there today.
Need to train your drivers. 4/2/26 3:25pm on US 23 N at Hartland he missed the exit and decided to sharply turn into the median and cut a car in front of me off. If the other car wasn’t paying attention like your driver wasn’t it could have been deadly. Thankfully the person who was driving me was paying attention also because your driver would have caused a rear end with half a dozen cars exiting the highway. Will highly reconsider using your company in the future since your driver might kill someone on the way.
Your workers are rude as heck, I was driving this morning down Pontiac lake road in Waterford heading to Meijer on highland road and your driver kept useing there high beams knowing you legally can't as there was plenty of lightning. I have light sensitive eyes and had to stop at a light to get my special lenses on because this joker could of cause me to crash and sue your company for reckless driving and causing someone with light sensitive eyes to crash there car because your guy wanted to be a jerk on the road. Charged me $7,000 to come out and fix a small shear. Fabricated a box and then the guys they sent out didn’t even know how to reinstall everything. Had to send them out and call someone else in to complete job. Business so bad very nearly a scam.
