Best in the Burg! Switching from Little Tire Company. So polite, helpful and timely repairs.
They are a great shop, very clean and the service is great.
When I went in for my annual inspection, I was advised that my 2018 RAV4 with 33k miles on it needed $900 worth of maintenance. Seemed fishy. I called back a week and a half later without the estimate in front of me. Dana told me I needed $1200 worth of maintenance. Seemed fishier. I told her I only had a budget of $600. Good morning Jenny, I see your concern in pricing. First let me say, that Lee Hill Auto Service, is a woman lead business. Both the owner and general manager are women, and never ever take advantage of other women. Secondly, if you look in your owners manual for your 2018 Toyota, you will see that the 30,000 mile maintenance recommendations are to “inspect” most of the fluids. I dropped my 4runner off on Friday and was not able to get over to pick it up before they closed. they gave me a call when all my work was done and told me about there new after hours pick up! Pay over the phone and they will give you a code to their over night pickup kiosk so you can get your keys and drive away at your own leisure!

Last week I took my Silverado to another repair shop to fix my AC.. they recharged it and it lasted four days (although they knew it “might” need a new condenser). After a little more craziness... took it to Lee Hill. My truck was back in my hands by 2pm, condenser replaced and kicking cold air! They were fast, professional, and communicative! Thanks Jeff and the folks at Lee Hill! I’ll be back again.
