Everyone was very polite and nice. Oil change and inspection was done in a very timely manner. First experience here and will def go back. Thanks Andy Costa for taking care of my car like it was your own.

Failed on rear brake pads...on 70k mile Honda accord, went and measured myself. One pad was close but definitely not failing...manager said its the way he sees it... I said I'm using your gauge, he literally remeasured while I was out in my car fuming, and said o I measured the wrong spot, this part is failing, once again near the line but not on it.....I shouldn't have been failed, maybe would have failed next time but he's to stubborn and ignorant to admit that.

Adam, this is a picture of your brake pad. This pad is under 2/32 as you can see and it does fail VA state inspection as you were shown. I'm the owner of Lee Hill Auto Service and a VA State Inspector. I would have failed the pad as well. I'm sorry you feel the way you do but it does fail. Thanks, Mark.
