I find it incredibly disappointing that LHH doesn’t extend the basic courtesy of a rejection email to applicants who aren’t selected for interviews. Having worked with several agencies over the years as a recruiter, I can say that failing to follow up with candidates is one of the most unprofessional missteps in recruitment.
