This location is a poop show, this is my 2nd time having an appointment at this location. The first time I waited 1 whole hour after my appointment time to be seen by the doctor. When the doctor came in she had no sense of urgency, and spent more time trying to talk and play with my toddler than focusing on the appointment. During my 2nd visit at this location I wasn’t seen by the doctor until 40 minutes after my appointment time. They need to get it together asap. Came in 15 minutes late of course I understand there late policy. Why I didn't understand is why the front desk person was so rude to me with an attitude rolling eyes and laughing at me. So she went ask the provider if she can see me she came back said " well that funny that never happened before " laughed sat down and said " provider will not see you I'll have to reschedule you".
