I’ve been a patient here for over five years and have always loved this office, but things have changed dramatically in the past year. Despite being an established patient—I’ve had both of my daughters here and am currently pregnant again—I can’t even get an appointment. I’ve called twice in the past week, explaining that my pregnancies are high-risk and that my history of miscarriages is clearly noted in my file. During my last call, I was told there were no openings until February. The staff member was kind and even marked... read more

(This is all coming as a healthcare worker myself) I had an extremely traumatic birth here, in part due to Dr. Lee and a nurse whose name escapes me right now. I had an adverse reaction to my induction and was having 30 minute long contractions and sobbed for 18 hours straight. Dr. Lee and the nurse pressured me repeatedly for cervical checks and realized I was failing to progress. This place is actually great and I’m just really hurt that the very own hospital obgyn stopped accepting Medicaid as insurance right after having my son there. Now I pretty much have no where else to go to be seen by a doctor because no where else accepts it. Why is the healthcare system so backwards and why are you allowed to do this to people. It’s so hard to get comfortable with doctors for female healthcare. It’s government health insurance yet it’s the most unaccepted insurance out there.

I wanted to make an appointment here for prenatal care but because I had 1 appointment somewhere else they would not take me as a transfer. I’m only 10 weeks pregnant and I have a healthy pregnancy so far. Why turn away business? Edit: They responded to my review just for show for google reviews but when you call they still tell you they won’t take transfers.
