This place is actually great and I’m just really hurt that the very own hospital obgyn stopped accepting Medicaid as insurance right after having my son there. Now I pretty much have no where else to go to be seen by a doctor because no where else accepts it. Why is the healthcare system so backwards and why are you allowed to do this to people. It’s so hard to get comfortable with doctors for female healthcare. It’s government health insurance yet it’s the most unaccepted insurance out there.// I was fortunately able to go ... read more
Dr. Rachel Wykes is truly an exceptional physician. Yesterday, she cared for my wife with extraordinary skill, compassion, and professionalism during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. Her expertise and calm confidence made all the difference, and we will always be grateful for the care she provided. Thank you, Dr. Wykes, for giving us hope and for treating us with such kindness. We couldn’t have asked for a better doctor.

Between going back and forth with Ashley from billing department or having to wait 15 mins to speak with a live representative from the obgyn office is absolutely insane the doctors themselves are sweet but not worth the rest of the customer service. I recommend not wasting your time going to this office and looking for a more private or personal office if you care about your health and your babies.
I Am very disappointed with this clinic I call to set up an appointment and their said their can’t see me there as their have too much pregnant women patients and I explain that I have high risk pregnancy she been so rule and treat me like I am stupid and very bad this is very bad customer service Gym
