Great office to work with! Josie answered all of my questions and helped me get set up with my new CPAP. I’d recommend them to anyone.
I’m a little confused about all the bad reviews. I’ve only been dealing with them for 4 months but so far I I’ve gotten pretty quick appointments at the time I need, they’ve always answered the phone and returned all calls, helped me a great deal finding what I need. Customer service has really gone down the toilet. I've been trying to order my sleep supplies for 3 months. Leaving many messages. Then, today I finally get a hold of someone and i'm able to place my order. All the ladies on the phone do is argue with me.What kind of customer service do you have going on now? Made an appointment on Aug 1st to pick-up wheelchair. Was told they would be in my area Aug 8th and will pick-up in afternoon. They were a no show.
