They have always had what I needed, and were able to accommodate me being able to pick it up even though I am supposed to have it delivered, I seem to run out in fort myers instead of at home lol!
Missed a phone call from Stephanie, so I called back and left a message. I assumed they'd call back in a couple of days. To my surprise, KC called back in less than a couple of hours. She was polite and understanding when I explained I was taking a nap due to not sleeping well. We scheduled my CPAP set up appointment for the following day. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Stephanie G. from Lee Health Medical Equipment for her outstanding support in helping my mom with her respiratory equipment (Ventilator) She was incredibly dedicated, compassionate, and always willing to guide us through the entire process. Her patience and commitment made a difficult situation much easier, and she stayed with us until everything was fully resolved. We are truly grateful for her care and support.
After reading some reviews I was very surprised. I came in this morning for an 11:00 appointment with Todd Hilton and this respiratory therapist took me under his wing and explained everything to me about my new BiPAP. As as a Lee health employee myself I was very impressed with the knowledge that Todd had regarding my new BiPAP. I want to thank him very much for explaining everything to me and I'm very comfortable with my new BiPAP. Thanks Todd.
Very unimpressed so far. Husband with productive cough and shortness of breath was ordered a nebulizer and meds on Friday afternoon. Meds from pharmacy and machine from Lee Health. 3 phone calls to check on status of delivery, 3 different answers…the last being they do t deliver on weekends! Wow. So he has to wait for 3 days for a medically necessary device from a medical equipment company. Un believable and Unacceptable.
