Been waiting a week to get a doctor's note signed before I can return to work with no response. So I've been out of a weeks worth of pay because the doc won't sign my note or give me any form of response/reply . Absolutely ridiculous
Read the reviews sure wish I would’ve fumbled my prescription for months leaving me in worse condition and they could care less
I felt terrible when I arrived here and they treated me so bizarrely that I actually did feel better because of how grateful I was to leave the place. Being sick was preferable to whatever they've got going on here.
Apparently somebody dropped the ball and never contacted me about having cronic kidney and I find out 4 1/2 years later. It's been in my chart since December of 2019 but nobody said anything about it to the patient! This is unacceptable! And now I found out I had Lupus too. This is ridiculous. Move from this area if you want good health care..
Dr van zyl was horrible. told me that I would not be getting refills on my meds I have been on for years. I just moved to fl and he was more into all the side effects of the medications. won't be back there.
