Here is my story: went for heavy menstrual bleeding got check in around 1:30pm front staff awesome no problem there triage the best. The problem started when I went into this hallway and got sat on a chair there to be attended. A doctor came forgot his name he had me pull my pants down to my pubic area in the hallway mind u not where other patients walk pass by for a 3 sec ultrasound to se if I had fibroids. How this place only had 3.9 rating is beyond me. Everyone we encountered while there was amazing. From checking, checking out and everything in between. This is the best urgent care I have ever been to by far. Who ever is in charge of hire did a great job. We highly recommend Lee Health for your health related issues. A+++
Amanda Dennis a nurse practitioner drained my son’s mother’s voil today. Had the worst bedside manner possible, very condescending, and completely didn’t care about how she felt was rough and unnecessary while draining it keep lancing using scissor prongs to keep pulling open and really did a horrible job. Did not care and was beyond rude.
