I went in last week for a regular check up. As always, the check in process to access the facility was smooth. Once I entered the Dr’s office, staff was ready to check me in and make sure everything was in order. My appointment started on time with Dr Garcia who is very professional and helpful. Astounding staff and medical team. Best outpatient center I’ve walked into in 21 years and I’ve been to quite a few since being paralyzed in a Raceway accident. The staff makes you feel like family the moment you walk in the door and the care the nurses give you is second to none. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to get better FAST. A++++++ staff. Other facilities should take notes from this crew. Much LOVE to the whole team, and GOD bless

Came to the facility while in town for labs pre-arranged via my medical team. Not only were they confused by the basic requirements, but they were unable to perform some labs as their vials were outdated. Ultimately, the information acquired from them was useless. If you want to continue to live, I would highly recommend seeking care elsewhere.

My husband unfortunately got very sick and ended up in the hospital and rehab for over a month. We did not have a local primary care doctor to manage his care here on an outpatient basis right away so we had to have the complex care team manage our homecare, IV antibiotics and medical needs until we could be seen by our new primary doctor. Petra and DJ were excellent. Very knowledgeable and made sure we had what we needed to manage my husband’s care. They were responsive when we or another doctor needed something. Truly incompetent. I came in after being in the ER and I had a concussion and all they could do was give referrals. They say they fill in as a primary and are able to do more but then you show up and they say they can’t do anything like a primary. And the doctor was so incompetent, he dismissed my diagnosed illness and tried to lecture me on an illness he doesn’t even know about. Didn’t even check anything to make sure my concussion didn’t cause anymore damage. No visual or balance tests. Not even asking for my symptoms. The... read more
