The clinic itself is modern and clean. Pulling in can be a bit difficult because you come off a major street, pull into a building parking lot (not a street), and if you miss it you only have one chance to turn into a side street bc once you go over the canal a U turn is required. The receptionists were a little on the aloof side. No eye contact, requested documents like I had just joined the military, and gave the general feeling I was just a number to be processed. The doctor and technology was all exceptional!

I'll start with the bad: The drop off/pick up area is a nightmare. The only sign on Cape Coral Pkwy says Parking Garage. If you're dropping off/picking up you don't want to go into the parking garage. It says nothing about said area UNTIL you are in the garage. Even then it says nothing about being able to drive THROUGH the building. Hopefully, they get new signage before they get super busy. Now the good stuff: beautiful, state of the art facility. Just received a call from a collection company (offering a 20%discount to pay right now) because whoever entered my address entered too many 2’s so I never received the bill! Was it a scammer? No - Called their billing department to verify and they corrected the mistake in the address, never apologized for the mistake, and wanted payment. Make sure your address is correct!
