The clinic itself is modern and clean. Pulling in can be a bit difficult because you come off a major street, pull into a building parking lot (not a street), and if you miss it you only have one chance to turn into a side street bc once you go over the canal a U turn is required. The receptionists were a little on the aloof side. No eye contact, requested documents like I had just joined the military, and gave the general feeling I was just a number to be processed. The doctor and technology was all exceptional!

Incompetent at best. Cannot call their office directly, and people who answer phones for appointments cannot reach them, either. Their only concern is your money, not your health, or wellbeing. This is one reason we have a drug problem in America, because it’s so much easier to get the meds you need off the street, instead of dealing with the runaround and incompetence you experience at Lee Health!!! It obviously shouldn’t be that way, but that’s the reality.

I'll start with the bad: The drop off/pick up area is a nightmare. The only sign on Cape Coral Pkwy says Parking Garage. If you're dropping off/picking up you don't want to go into the parking garage. It says nothing about said area UNTIL you are in the garage. Even then it says nothing about being able to drive THROUGH the building. Hopefully, they get new signage before they get super busy. Now the good stuff: beautiful, state of the art facility.
