The providers at this facility are fantastic, and I want to make that clear. Unfortunately, my experience with the facility and the staff on a Saturday morning was extremely frustrating. I would strongly advise patients to avoid scheduling appointments on Saturdays unless the facility addresses the access issues. We arrived for a 7:00 a.m. appointment and waited until approximately 7:40 a.m. before calling the phone line. Doctor comes to work sick, other staff tell him not going to see patients, then my doctor doesn't even wash his hands no universal precautions here. Past appointment with aren't, other ma used universal precautions. But they are not the majority of the office staff and providers. The intake desk has more rude and disrespectful staff at primary care. I have only been to this office 4 times since it opened last year and this center has not been open a year. Dr. Martizez who I was told was taking new patients, performed wonderful Primary care on me; though astonishingly he told his nurse after leaving the exam room and prescribing me a medication that he is NOT taking new patients, which when talking with a higher Lee Health Executive she said that is NOT the case, and he SHOULD BE taking new patients. I was told that he is only doing a favor for Dr. Delgado who I dropped as my Primary Care Dr. due to horrible medication care management because he was on vacation that week. Henc... read more

The clinic itself is modern and clean. Pulling in can be a bit difficult because you come off a major street, pull into a building parking lot (not a street), and if you miss it you only have one chance to turn into a side street bc once you go over the canal a U turn is required. The receptionists were a little on the aloof side. No eye contact, requested documents like I had just joined the military, and gave the general feeling I was just a number to be processed. The doctor and technology was all exceptional!
