I have a child custody case with him, and so far he does not answer my phone calls nor my e mail. he already charged me 2500 dls and he has done nothing for my case. BE CAREFUL with this so called attorney. It is been a month since i paid him and he has done nothing.
Mr. Benson will never intend to solve your case. Instead, he masters detailing each and every either major or trivial issues and steps to lengthen the time, milking the case in a ridiculously slow motion. Making it worse, he stopped responding my calls/emails when I started to ask where is the time balance statement he promised.
