I always appreciate the CORE front office staff. My appt was at 8:10 am and I was in my exam room at 8:05 am. Unfortunately, after inquiring 3 times about the extensive wait, I went to the desk tearful and anxious. At 8:50, PA Emma started to help me. She was kind and calming as,she went through my MRI with me and my husband. Dr came in soon. I was VERY satisfied with his care and how he explained options to me. I feel confident in his professionalism and opinion. Thank you for helping me through my tears.
Dr. Chowdhary is professional but friendly. He answered any and all questions that I had, as well as the questions of my loved ones. I had many questions after my MVD surgery, and Dr. Chowdhary's staff was as kind and accommodating as Dr. Chowdhary himself. Everyone made sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. My in-office checkup appointments after the surgery have been nothing but pleasant, and I appreciate the doctor's patience in answering all of my questions.
