Beyond words. I almost felt like crying (with joy) as Dr. Lee worked on my teeth without using Novacaine!! Amazing!! Dr. Lee, Hema and Michelle are all very professional. I did not really interact with Rebekkah but, she did stop to say hello. Seems like they are all at the same level of kindness. Thank you all! I have always had a phobia of going to the dentist, so before making my appointment, I read every single review about Dr. Ly. After seeing how many people shared positive experiences, I decided to take a chance, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, he and his staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. I am not a fan of dental appointments but Lee Family Dentistry is as good as it gets. My situation both medically and in terms of insurance, but Dr. Lee took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. It was easy to make the appointment and it doesn't hurt that the location is easy to access via public transportation and that there's even some parking available.
1. They were so great, and I was so grateful that I’ll write a separate review. 2. Second review: I'm so grateful that the entire dentistry profession has improved. I've made several attempts to visit a good dentist but issues came up that kept me from going, for the most part it was fear on my part.
