Office staff is friendly and welcoming. Office is clean and well organized. I was taken on time, which I greatly appreciate.
You can tell when you first open the office door that you have entered a special place. You are greeted by a comfortable waiting room and immediately the receptionists smile and welcome you by your name. You will hear laughter and positivity as you wait for a few minutes. It is apparent that everyone in this office appreciates and respects each other. If going to a dentist can be called enjoyable, Dr. Lee's practice makes it possible. Everyone is friendly and accomplished.
In all the years I have been to dentists, starting with braces at 8 years old, I have never felt so happy to join a group as lovely, sensitive, caring, loving, and thorough. That is thoughout the entire staff. Thank you for that. I was about to write a thank you note, and this came to me just in the nick of time!
I FOUND YOUR PRACTICE VERY OPEN TO A DIALOGUE, EXPLAINING IN ADEQUATE DETAIL VARIOUS ALTERNATIVES. THERE WAS NO HINT OF PATRONAGE OR DOCTRINAIRE APPROACHES TO MY SITUATION. EVERYONE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN FRIENDLIER.......I FELT ALMOST RELATED TO YOUR STAFF.
