I have the advantage of having Lee as my realtor dating back to 2004 when he helped me buy my home in Pflugerville. Then when I sold it last year he was my chief negotiator/realtor and I was able to sell for what I was asking. So when I was looking to purchase investment property, Lee again came through for me.
