Very disappointing experience with Lee and his team. Communication was terrible or non-existent. They do not have a command of the listings they represent. You would think for a $3M+ listing they might at least put some effort into earning their keep from the seller. Lee also enacts unnecessary and made-up barriers that dissuade potential buyers from viewing his listings.
