The front office staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will be looking for a new eye doctor for my children because of his staff. Dr. Lee seems like a good doctor, but I don’t want to return to that office and deal with the front staff again.
The staff at Children's Eye Center is rude, and that behavior is encouraged by Dr. Lee. I took my 4 year old there on a referral from her pediatrician and they determined that she had a medical issue so they could bill our medical plan above our vision plan. We quit going. Funny, two doctors after have never seen the medical issue. Don't use this guy.
Dr. Lee has cared for my daughter's eye's from her toddler years to currant (10 1/2 years old). He has preformed surgery on her right eye twice and cared for her as she has lost her sight in that eye. He is kind and listens to her and explains everything to her.
